Today the Roadies were blessed with being able to participate in the Parade of Lights a second night. First the group met at Confluence Ministries and began the night in fervent prayer.

Marshal leading the crowd of people to sing with us. He did and amazing job. God is touching this guy in so many ways. When Marshal was working up the crowd, he said that God gave him a glimpse of heaven. Whenever he steps out of his comfort zone, like he did tonight yelling out at complete strangers, the Lord takes away his discomfort. He took away his nervousness and any feelings of being cold. Marshal also is part of the worship band. One day he was feeling extremely sick, but when he stepped up to play for the Lord, his sickness went away up on stage. It's like a glimpse of heaven, a land where we will feel no more cold, sickness, discomfort, and sorrow..jpg)

After the parade HSE 1 students went out street witnessing.One of our students, Ruthie, came across a gentleman and his daughter at a bookstore. She felt led to engage with them. God demonstrates His love to others by meeting their needs in the simplest form of sitting down and listening to the individual. At the end of their conversation, she invited him to church on Sunday. She was so pleased to find out that he ended up attending church the next day with his daughter. Please keep this family in your prayers as they continue to search for a fulfillment of the void in their lives.
